For the imagine cup, we can compete with teams or individually, but I am not sure for project hoshimi.
So :
1) how many people can be in the same team ?
2) can we be our own team (and the only member of the team) ?
3) why are there teams ? what are the pros (and cons ?) in being in teams ?
4) what is different during rounds if you are in a team or not ?
5) how does it work for round 2 in teams ? (teams of 2 members for example). Do all members compete separatly and then they calculate the average ?

I think that's all. If anybody knows anything, please answer :)

2/ Yes
3/ It's a team which participate to the competition, not a user. So if you're alone or not, you MUST create a team to participate.
4/ If you're not in a team, you're not a participant!!! Only teams can submit there dll.
5/ It's team score which is important. It's the 6 best teams which go to India for final. (tips: if you're alone and if your girl friend is a student, invite her to participate to your team even if she'll do nothing in your code ;-)))

Ok thanks, so I understand that being in a only member team or team of 2 players is the same for round 1.

But for round 2, a team must give only one dll ?
And for round 3, how far can it help to be in a 2 members team ? How many dll can they finally give ? (1 or 2 ?)

Yes, only one dll for round 2.

And this year, there is no round 3

No round 3 ?
Does that mean that the winners of the round 2 will be the final winners of project hoshimi ?
And the finalists of round 2 will be invited in India only for watching the final fights ?

So the dll of the round 2 will be the last dll we have to make this year ?

No: team creation (and management) will be closed at the end of Round1. So be sure to choose the good one ;-)))
