Round 2 is now over : congrats !

To all nanoguys around the world: Congratulations !

You are on the way to save the Professor, some of you will go to Japan and I bet the others will be helping and supporting them (we'll keep doing small competitions open to everybody). The show in Yokohama will be worth it, that is for sure, but before getting there, here is a quick snapshot of the results for the first 2 rounds:

- Round1: You've been around 1500, coming from more than 70 countries, to submit a dll !!!!
- Round2: We are still compiling the results but I can already tell you that around 300 of you submitted a dll. It was very time consuming to anticipate the fact that you'll be 2 players per game. I know it is a never ending task to enhanced your strategy and it always seems that you'd need more time to make your AI better but hey, this is training for saving the Professor ;-). With all the time and passion you put in your AI, no doubts that you'll be able to help Ori.

I'd like to finish saying that we've seen all kind of involvment in Project Hoshimi: some of you created very sophisticaed AI, others created tools for developing AI, others loved the story... and a few of you even got into the manga. I hope you all had fun creating your first AIs. One of the most amazing thing is how you share you experience and help each other on the hub : this is the "nano-spirit" !

Is 16 April 12:00 GMT the transition from 15th to 16h???? I thought 12:00 GMT was the 24th hour of the 16h day...

Me too!!! Next time please use "15 April 23:59 GMT" to avoid such misunderstanding... (hope my first submitted version can do something at least)

Hoshimi project has been a very nice experience for me. I wish to give thanks to the organisators (it should be very hard to manage). And of course, good luck for every other teams;)

A really exciting experience, thank's to all people: organisators, and players who participate to discussions on the forum. I hope newbies have learned something about AI... and others too! (like me) ;o) I have had a lot of pleasure to try to save the professor! I still hope to have a chance to continue! :oD Good luck to everyone!

project Hoshimi was a wonderful experience for me as a novice programmer. Most importantly it served as a good platform for some useful interaction at a global level, which i'd never been involved in before. Very many THANXXX to the moderators for answering each of my almost stupid queries..... Good Luck to all !!!!
