(Via ScottGu's blog) The Microsoft Patterns and Practices Team has just released a new GUI app on CodePlex called Patterns & Practices Guidance Explorer.

What's really useful about this tool is that it can be a one stop shop for you to evaluate your code for security and performance recommendations. It also contains modular guidance how tackle difficult design situations and development tasks and the knowledge is updated regularly too.

A great dev tool to keep by your quick launch/ dev library tools kit.
